Tiivistelmä: | In this paper new organizational forms which refrain from rigid forms of subordination (e.g. team organization, network organization, heterarchy, hypertext organization) are presented, discussed and critically assessed. Further research is particularly needed to strengthen the theoretical foundation of these concepts and to develop operational instruments for their implementation. |
