| Tiivistelmä: | Existing models for strategic and integral management as well as concepts for development management are not adjusted to the characteristics of small and medium-sized family enterprises and the particularities of their management. In this paper the authors describe the basic characteristics of the model of development management of small and medium-sized family enterprises, which has been developed in Slovenia. The authors also give a short insight in the results of empirical researches on the characteristics of development management of small and medium-sized family enterprises in Slovenia. The paper provides a substantial list of references on this subject. |
