| Tiivistelmä: | The article investigates the effect of satisfaction- and dissatisfaction-based evaluation on tourists' intention to return to the holiday destination as well as their overall satisfaction. It has been suggested that the negative experiences of tourists should be defined within the particular context of evaluation. An analysis of the concepts and measurements of satisfaction and dissatisfaction during the holiday experience is conducted. |
