| Tiivistelmä: | It is a well-known fact that human communities are capable of structuring themselves without organizational rules and regulations. The self-organization is presented as an all-embracing concept covering the creation, maintenance and development of order. This leads to a very broad understanding on both symbolic and material levels. One vital question arising concerns the position and responsibilities allotted to the organizer and the qualifications and skills expected, which have changed radically. The organizer now functions as both a support and catalyst within the enterprise. |
