| Tiivistelmä: | Schwab's Pay Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ) is intended to measure four aspects of compensation: pay level, pay rises, pay structure-administration, and benefits. The stability and generalizability of PSQ factor structure are examined. Using data obtained from 1,007 employees of manufacturing firm and 95 nursing home employees, we found the PSQ factor structure varied by employee job classification, and may also vary by other factors such as company labor-relation compensation policy. |
