| Tiivistelmä: | The authors demonstrate the difference between normal work-sample tests and trainability tests. They conducted meta-analyses based on independent samples using different predictor criterion pairs. Their results suggest that trainability work-sample tests predict short-term training success more accurately than longer term training success. |
