| Tiivistelmä: | Management training expects a far-reaching, necessary change in the style of management over the next few years. It is shown how top management can accelerate this process of development in its own company through the introduction of a Quality Association and thus gain advantages as a result of the improvement in quality management. Earlier quality assurance programs such as Zero Defect Program, Quality Circles are compared with the new Quality Association Program. While Zero Defect Program and Quality Circles have been functioning mainly on the lowest level of the hierarchy of a company, Quality Association is meant to encompass all the hierarchical levels of the organization. |
