| Tiivistelmä: | Knowledge of the theory of quality also permits new contributions to discussions regarding the quality of life. It results in consequences for companies that supply or demand and influences greatly the quality requirements for products and services. The characteristics of qualitative thinking are compared with the characteristics of quantitative thinking. Seven theses are outlined encompassing the concept of quality, requirements for quality, the details of planning quality, and the most important factors of quality improvement. |
