| Tiivistelmä: | Business cycles are much less regular than seasonal fluctuations but for limit length time series comparison, autocorrelation, spectral analysis and autoregression revealed spectacular degree of regularity (1958-82 in Britain). The problem is that 25 years of data is a slender basis for determining cycles whose typical length may be five years. |
