| Tiivistelmä: | Since 1992, China has made significant progress in reform of the traditional reckoning system and establishment of new reckoning system of national economy. The SNA reckoning principles and method as well as basic framework have been adopted in the new system. But compared with the new SNA promulgated by the statistical committee of U.N., the new reckoning system is only a mixed system combining MPS with SNA, which is not fully standardized and unified. In view of the fact that the new SNA has become the universal reckoning standard of national economy, China should revise comprehensively its reckoning system with SNA as writing upon which later work is based. This paper also claborates in detail the contents for revision. |
