| Tiivistelmä: | For firms, using of temporary agency work (henceforth as: t-a-w.) is getting more important as it makes it possible for them to increase flexibility. Thus, it is important to have a thorough understanding of the explanatory factors of its use. The supposed cost effect of t-a-w. is focused on by recent literature. A few indicators show that this effect does not predominantly trigger firms' use of it. This thesis is supported through new empirical evidence from the German market. |
