| Tiivistelmä: | The mentoring program of career development is presented. There are three phases necessary for the program: group sessions,training events and follow-up. Attention is directed to the importance of not perceiving the mentor as a substitute for the manager. Two separate training programs must be conducted: one for mentors and the other for mentees. The mentor-mentee partnership can be explored through education. The parameters of the partnership can be delineated by listing the potential problems and brainstorming potential solutions. |
