| Tiivistelmä: | To investigate the outcomes of mentoring relationships from the protege's perspective, mentored and non-mentored men and women in high-and low-level positions were asked to evaluate their levels of satisfaction, career mobility, recognition, security, and promotion rate. Mentored individuals reported having more career mobility, opportunity , recognition, satisfaction, and promotion than non-mentored ones. |
