Tiivistelmä:Decisions in Japan aim for long-term targets and particularly for the very survival of the enterprise itself. The companies are more understood as entities of their employees than as dividend producing shareholder properties. Consequently all employees participate in information-gathering, communication-processes and decision making: less at the top-level of political decisions but thoroughly at the bottom of everyday's operational level, where the big Japanese enterprises practice almost autonomous management in the sense of cybernetic selfregulation.
