Tiivistelmä:European Economic Interest Groupings (EEIGs) have by now become well-established as a means of co-operation between different types of enterprises. In the context of the single market, businesses choose their partners from all over Europe, with the conviction that transnational business collaboration pays off. Though one might argue that there are still existing socio-psychological barriers that have to be overcome, the rapid integration of markets within the EC fosters joint venturing throughout the Community.
