| Tiivistelmä: | According to the state in the different countries, the adjusting scope of law on competition covers monopoly behavior, restricting competition behavior and unfair competition behavior in a narrow sense. Unlike America, Europe and Japan, China only places the latter two within the adjusting scope of its law for no real monopoly behavior is now expressed in China and so the conditions for legislation has not been ripe yet. |
