| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this article is to examine, on the basis of leading cases of the European Court of Justice (ECJ), the judicial remedies available to EC importers of goods from third countries. EC legislation on imports from third countries and related customs procedures tended, over the years, to become increasingly scattered and complicated as efforts to complete the 1992 single market multiplied. The article is divided into three parts (P I, P II, P III). |
