| Tiivistelmä: | Irrational competitions are twisted market movements as well as twisted and unhealthy behavior of competition mechanism. Based on the actual situations of the market competitions in our country and referring to the experiences in the western states, the paper presents a definition and characteristics of irrational competition, draws a demarcation between the behaviors of irrational competition and monopoly, makes clear the behaviors of directly damaging consumers' interests. It also discusses the model, aim, scope, and principle of legal adjustment for countering irrational competitions. |
