| Tiivistelmä: | China should make full use of the "exception" clause of GATT and protect national industries with legislation. We ought to make "Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy Law" and therefore control import products with international norm. We should also make a "General Trade Law" to define market-oriented regulations of both domestic and foreign trade. A "Basic Investment Law" is needed to standardized investment of various kinds and made by various bodies. |
