| Tiivistelmä: | Global competition is increasing. Local customs which previously protected companies from outside competition no longer operate. As a result, strategic management is now more important than ever. Literature on strategies has been dominated by Porter's model; this is now being question questioned. The results of research provide a more comprehensive grouping of organizational strategic focus which are linked with the relevant management practices which support the focus. |
