| Tiivistelmä: | The way that China's enterprise stock go on U.S.A. market is varied, but its essential goal is public going on stock market. It is necessary to register company in U.S.A. In addition, the foreign assignor can become legal personality of stock issue for us. Issue company should adopt ADR way to come into American stock market. We can allow American securities financial company to go in for the business of exclusive sales stock and bonds in China. |
