| Tiivistelmä: | The problems in China's market system are as follows: The unequal position of markets as the main body; The unstandardized marketing behaviors; The regional blockage; The weakening consciousness of contract; The unstandardized transactional behaviors and the confused transactional orders. Therefore, standardization should be carried out in the following respects: To standardize the main bodies of market economy and its behavior; the markets of all types, such as consumption products market, financial market and labour force market; And the economic management functions of the state government should also be standardized. Attention should be paid to the combination of China's laws with usual international practice. |
