| Tiivistelmä: | The inferior health quality of China's population has resulted from poor pregnancy and some of which are congenital. A phenomena of counter elimination has appeared. That is the more education the couples of birth-giving age have received, the fewer children they want to have. So in the future, the system of making remarriage physical examination and marriage legislation should be perfected. And more sanctions should be applied to those who are married with their close relatives and with someone suffering from certain diseases. Also the legislation for superior pregnancy and fosterage accelerated, and the work concerned legalized with the least delay. |
