| Tiivistelmä: | With the deepening of the reform, the concept in narrow sense economic law that fits in with plan economy is not necessary to exist. The commercial law should replace economic law, which realize "separating civil law from commercial law". Separating way can make our law department show no difference with many foreign countries to study their experience, and to perfect legislation in the light of demand of market economy. |
