The author reviews the decisions of the past decade within the context of an extended comment on Hodgkinson to determine whether the Supreme Court of Canada has resolved the conundrum about fiduciary obligation once expressed by Sir Anthony Mason when he declared that,"the fiduciary relationship is a concept in search of a principle." |
