| Tiivistelmä: | According to the existing laws, the foreign-funded enterprises should apply to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce or the authorized local administrative bureaus for industry and commerce for name registration according to levels, against the administrative area names or place names preceding the names of enterprises, before the examination and approval of joint venture contracts and articles of association and after the approval of project proposals or feasibility study reports. The aim is to avoid the reappearance of the same or similar names of the same industry. In addition, some documents like certificate for starting business legally, provided by the authorities in charge of the countries (regions) both Chinese and foreign investors belong to, should be submitted. |
