Tiivistelmä:The important difference between China and Western countries is that the typical behavior like economic monopoly and restraining competition is not conspicuous in economic life in China, but the unethical competitive behavior in narrow sense, featuring swindle and luring by promise of gain, appears in a great quantity, which have serious harmfulness. This difference decides the different adjusted scope on competition laws between china and Western countries. The former focuses on adjusting unethical competitive behavior undermining competitive order and part of the behaviors of constraining competition, while the latter on adjusting all anti-competitive behavior including monopoly, restraining competition and unethical competitive behavior.
