| Tiivistelmä: | The <> is the first law in financial field promulgated by the newly founded P.R.C.. It is also a basic law in the financial law system, which forms the standing and the responsibilities for the People's Construction Bank, and guarantees the Bank's authorities to set force as well as to carry out the currency policies independently. It take a good use of the practical experience of the foreign central bank and the industrial international practices as reference. In keeping with China's national situations , the law is also a central banking law in conjunction with the international general practices. |
