| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the relationship between law and transgression. It does so through the partial or discontinuous siting-sighting of spaces and places of excess. It suggests a non-repressive agenda through which transgressive activities might be activated not simply as oppositions to law but in the sense of carrying away the law. Utilizing the work of Foucault and Deleuze, the article provides a series of strategies in the social politicization of desire through the process of an interruptive representation, the body-without-organ, affirmative transgression and the figure of the phantasm. |
