| Tiivistelmä: | The previous-period reform was intended to break down the rigid management system of planned prices and create conditions under which the pricing system can meet the demand of the socialist market economy by gradually adjusting the badly-deformed price structure and opening as much as possible prices fit for competition. Price legislation can consolidate achievement in price reform of over a decade, make permanent experience in adjustment and control, help reform prices, create a new pricing mechanism and macro-control system, and improve work on prices. |
