| Tiivistelmä: | To meet the need of China's participating in economic internationalization, the foreign trade agent as a form of agent of commercial affairs emerged. China's earliest agent system was one following "Civil Law". It then developed from indirect agent to adverse-way agent of foreign trade. This is a course of observing and developing laws. The appearance and implementation of two-way pluralized agent system of foreign trade have great significance. But we should apply it selectively and separately, maximizing favorable factors and minimizing unfavorable ones. What must be accomplished is that "there are rules to be observed by and must be observed by". This agent system will certainly play a significant role. |
