| Tiivistelmä: | After analyzing the problems existing in the economic activities in China, this paper points out that it is necessary to practise commercial agent system in China. The concepts of agent system and its scope in the "General Rule of Civil law "seem narrower while the present agent system is not a standard one either. So it is necessary to further study and perfect the laws and regulations on China's commercial agent system according to China's actual situation in order to promote the healthy development of the commercial agent business in China. |
