| Tiivistelmä: | Although foreign businessmen merging Chinese enterprises through direct investment has active significance, its negative influence and potential danger are also obvious. If we let it develop without control over it, and thus make foreign businessmen dominate market, the existence and development of the enterprises of China's national industry will be affected undoubtedly. This paper analyzes the characteristics of foreign businessmen's merger of Chinese state-owned enterprises, and its advantages and disadvantages, and also raises some active suggestions on the implementation of legal control over it. |
