| Tiivistelmä: | The policy principles to follow in legal control over foreign banks are the principles of protectionism, reciprocity , national treatment and unilateral preference. At present, several prominent issues to be solved are as follows: restricting the expansion of foreign banks' distributed points and guiding their credit investment, strengthening legal control over their international settlement business, cancelling preferential tax collection to foreign banks and prohibiting foreign banks from exploring secret of domestic banks in their business by illegal means. |
