| Tiivistelmä: | There is hardly a publication issued in Estonia with more of a revolutionary impact on the society than a brief article, consisting of a couple of typewritten pages, which was published in the Tartu daily newspaper Edasi on September 26, for a modern economist "The Transition of Estonia to Full Self-financing" and it was signed by four men: Edgar Savisaar, Siim Kallas, Tiit Made and Mikk Titma. The importance of the published draft programme was that it provided the main plans for movement in two directions. |
