| Tiivistelmä: | The Kodak-Fuji Film dispute was settled in spring 1998 by the World Trade Organization (WTO) Panel proceedings. In this dispute, the United States argued that a series of Japanese government measures deterred access fro US colour photographic materials to the Japanese market and, thereby, nullified or impared benefits accruing to the United States under the WTO Agreement. This article examines the background of the Kodak-Fuji Film case, the methodology and reasoning of the Panel Report and its important ramifications. |
