| Tiivistelmä: | "Provisions concerning Changes in the Stock Rights of Investors of Foreign-Funded Enterprises" was promulgated Jointly by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the state Administration for Industry and Commerce on May, 28, 1997. It made more concrete regulations concerning the concept, reasons, the principles to follow in the course of changes and procedure as well as the examination and approval of changes in stock rights. In view of the legal problems existing in the above "provisions concerning Changes in the stock Rights of Investors of Foreign-funded Enterprises", this paper makes an exploration involving "company Law" and "Law on Foreign-Funded Enterprises". |
