| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the laws and regulations concerning commercial secret includes "Civil Procedure Act", "Technology Contract Law" and so on. It is imperative to formulate special law on commercial secret, because with the deepening technical system reform and personnel system reform, the flowing of talents and the frequent commercial activities lead to a large amount of infringement act on commercial secrets. The fairly competitive market order is hard to maintain. The legal protection of commercial secret has gradually become an international issue in the whole world. So "Law of Commercial Secret Protection" must improve the liability for tort on which it should put special emphasis. |
