| Tiivistelmä: | This article focuses on how competition law should deal with companies who abuse their market position. This is perhaps the most controversial of current issues for competition policy. There exists a trade-off between lax policy, which would jeopardize the competitiveness of the market, and a rigid policy which would affect pro-competitive and pro-consumer conduct. This paper provides an economic assessment of evolving legal standard in the area. |
