| Tiivistelmä: | This study analyzes frameworks linking corporate governance (henceforth as: c-g.) and firm values to governing boards' social (here as: soc.) networks (here as: soc-nets.) and innovations in technology. CEOs may participate in board members' soc-nets., which interferes with the quality of c-g.
