| Tiivistelmä: | The paper deals with the issue of the contract and the confiance in the employee. To fire an employee, the employer has to advance his proofs concerning the inaptitude of his employee. The concept is quite ill defined, therefore it can be applied in many cases. The judge has to evaluate the cases objectively, but there is a danger that the law becomes arbitrary. |
