| Tiivistelmä: | For many international or multinational companies, the law can act as a veritable management tool in a number of ways. It can be treated simply as a "passive" management tool, acting as an important factor in the choice of a country in which to set up. But increasingly, it can and must be considered as an "active management tool" that will be used in a deliberate manner, notably to modify the "legal environment" of international companies. The law of the law rival company sets a significant legal dimension for an international company. The combination of the law of companies with the financial law permits the optimization of decentralized management and financial management at the same time. |
