Tiivistelmä:A core concern in communication management is the staff-management relationships, because feedback is important to organisations. This article examines feedback in a general sense. Critical and positive feedback is particular in more general sense - it is response to management decisions. The authorĀ“s of this article surveyed forty-six staff members in a health care organisation; fiveteen of them were interviewed in detail. Implications for future research in practice of communication management and developing upward influence within organisations are considered.
