| Tiivistelmä: | In this article the authors answer to the key points made by Macdonald and Kam (2007) in relation to journal quality and the peer review process. The authors write this article as two of the General Editors of Journal of Management Studies. Their purpose is to indicate how journal editors need to intervene in order to build and maintain a journal's reputation as it is not as unbending to change as Macdonald and Kam (2007) imply in their article. The authors also go through and mitigate some of the challenges related with peer review. |
