| Tiivistelmä: | In Belgium shareholding by employees remained until recently limited to isolated cases. Nowadays,due to various factors such as the promotion of venture capital,the constraints created by the crisis and the tax pressure on professional revenues,the opening of the corporation's capital to its employees is becoming more widespread. The phenomenon is described on the basis of the analysis given by the Belgian "Commission Bancaire" and the issues made by the enterprises raising funds from the public with the participation of the employees. |
