The group consciously makes a financial sacrifice in the interests of staff motivation. There are sound reasons for Eurotherm to carry on growing. It has skills in diversification and the group is well able to compete in all world markets. Owing to its emphasis on two human attributes, brainpower and earning power, the company is as up-to-date as its technology. |
