| Tiivistelmä: | The related laws and regulation on China's service industry's opening to the outside world, which need to be formulated urgently include "Law or Regulation on China International Service Trade", "Law of Service or Migration of the Overseas Coming to China" and "Law of Commercial Organisations". At the same time, the unified management organ, and macro management and co-ordination mechanism of international service trade must be established. The strategic steps for opening China's service industry market are as follows: 1 clearing up the existing fields open to foreigners, 2.making overall planing of short-middle-and long-term targets for the development of service industry, 3. opening markets according to categories and opening should go side by side with development, 4. strictly restricting some modes of delivery, to open to the outside. |
