| Tiivistelmä: | According to the system of labour division, mental labour is more and more becoming value mainbody, and the connotation of Labour Value View is continuously extended. Informalization has changed the traditional production mode, and the change of production mode also changed the value intention and the working mode. Mental work mainly produces technological products. On the one hand, it improves the labour force's quality, promotes the value of labour force, on the other hand it also raises the work quality and its efficiency. In the society basing on informalization, the traditional industries and production mode will be replaced. The author points out that China should strengthen our firms' technological innovation, improve firms' innovative ability, while we properly adopt spreading fiscal policy. |
