| Tiivistelmä: | The paper provides a list of top companies. The paper also considers top firms by subjects: top audit and accountancy firms, top consultancy firms, top tax firms, top corporate firms, and top corporate recovery firms. The author of the article states that most of the firms in Accountancy latest annual fee income survey show growth of less than 10%. The last survey to report results this bad was in 1996. At that time, the larger firms got so depressed by then own figures that most of them refused to publish any for the next two years. In spite of the low growth, most firms report varying degrees of optimism for the coming year. |
