| Tiivistelmä: | Positivity has been found to have an important role in both individual and organizational success. As work teams are becoming more and more embedded in organizational structures, this paper examines the emergence of team level positive psychological capacities and their relationships with team outcomes during two team sessions. Results from 101 teams are newly formed whereas team resilience and team efficacy show greater explanatory power after several team interactions. |
